The content manager and organizer in the administrative console is designed to give administrators a birds-eye view of the applications content and the ability to manage the content library, business logic library, the asset library and the theme library. This includes each items settings and security.
- Use the content library to manage the settings and security for folders, analytic books, dashboards and publications.
- Use the business logic library to manage the settings and security for custom members, custom sets, sets from the advanced set designer, calculations from the advanced calculation designer
- Use the asset library to manage assets uploaded into the system
- Use the theme library to manage and secure themes
NOTE: The content organizer is NOT designed for the management of book contents - reports or slides and report folders. This is handled directly through the main client application.
