Manage Discoveries
It's important to understand how to manage your data discoveries. This includes saving your reports to the relevant content folder, in order to share them with the relevant users.
Your reports can also be exported to a variety of formats, requiring you to set the desired preferences before exporting and/ or printing. Once you've saved your report, there are several ways to access and open it, in order to view and edit it.
Each user also has the ability to set their own user settings preferences for Discover Pro; this covers a variety of functions, including setting a default visual, setting a default slicer type, managing OLAP settings, and more.
Managing Data Discoveries
- Save and Share Discoveries: save your data discoveries and share them with other users.
- Print and Export Discoveries: export and print your data discoveries.
- Open and Edit Discoveries: open existing data discoveries and edit them.
- User Settings: manage your personal user settings for Discover Pro.
