Grid Font Alignment

Use the grid font alignment drop-down to alignment for text and data in the grid. Depending on your selection, the chosen alignment can be applied to the entire grid, or to specified rows or columns.

Open the drop-down to make your alignment selection. To apply the selection to only a specified row or column, click on that row or column before selecting the alignment. This is known as contextual grid formatting.

If no contextual selection is made from the grid, the given alignment will be applied to the entire grid.

Here, all grid font is aligned to the left:

Here, all grid font is aligned to the middle:

Here, all grid font is aligned to the right:

Here, the alignment was set to left for the first 2 rows, and middle for the 3rd rows. It was set to right for the remaining rows. This is achieved using contextual grid formatting.
