Chatbot and Questions
This section describes how to access the Chatbot from the system apps that it is relevant to, and how to use it to send optimal questions to Pyramid.
Access the Chatbot
- Access the Chatbot at Design Time.
- Access the Chatbot at Runtime.
Open the Chatbot from the bottom-right menu or at the beginning of a Discover session. The Chatbot is supported at design time in Discover, Present, and Publish; unless you are using the Portable Language Model (PLM), Pyramid Internal, as your LLM Engine, in which case it is only available in Discover at Design Time.
Open the Chatbot from the top-right of a panel in a Presentation at runtime.

How to write a question to ask the Chatbot. Describes the basic approach to asking a question of the Chatbot so that you have the best chance of getting the visual, presentation, or publication changes that you require.
