Metadata
The metadata panel displays metadata information about the visual; this includes the measures and attributes it contains, any filters that are applied to it (where applicable), its statistics (the number of columns, rows, and cells it contains), its actual metadata (name, stored location, data source, time stamps, and so on), and the item ID that is used to uniquely identify it in Pyramid. The content of this panel is purely informational.

Access the metadata panel
With the Slide open on the Present Pro canvas:
- Hover your cursor over the Info icon (green arrow below) at the top-left of any visual to open the Metadata panel for that visual.

Basic details
The details specifically relating to the visual:
- Measures: The measures included in the visual.
- Attributes: The attributes included in the visual.
- Filters: Any filters that have been selected in the visual. This section will not be present if the visual has not been filtered.
- Statistics: The number of columns, rows, and cells.
Metadata
- Metadata: The server name, database name, model name, and model description.
- Report Metadata: The visual name, location, create date, and author.
- Item ID: The unique item ID for this visual in Pyramid.
Location
If your visual was created in Present and has not been made shareable (it is embedded in this presentation), the Report Metadata section includes "One-off" where the saved location of a shareable report would otherwise be:
