Present
Present is where you can design and build fully customized, interactive, real-time "presentations." These presentations can be shared with users and colleagues to communicate your latest business data with them in a user-friendly and professional manner.
You, and any colleagues that you share your data with, can take visual content created in Discover and infographic content created in Illustrate and use them to build interactive, effective, and engaging visual presentations. You can build up each slide in your presentation by adding slicers and dynamic text, images and art, and creating interactions that allow your readers to explore the analytic data in their presentations.

Present interfaces
Pyramid offers multiple apps and tools (aka "modalities") for accessing Present, with varying degrees of functionality.
Present comes with various levels of sophistication based on application entry point, user license type, and user profile settings. These configurations and options are typically orchestrated by system administrators, who ensure the right interface is presented to the right person at the right time.
The core modalities are:
- Smart Present: An easy-to-use tool that guides non-technical users step-by-step through the process of building analytical content using augmentation engines and heuristics. This tool offers users the simplest method for building data visuals in Pyramid using a simple point-and-click wizard.
- Present Lite: A fully self-contained toolset for non-technical users to construct their own visuals and presentations without entering any other module.
- Present Pro: The full Present toolset for drag-and-drop, point-and-click presentation building, dynamic text and infographics, and live query interactions WITH ALL sophisticated features enabled.

Interacting with presentations
You can expand your presentations by interacting with the content. The data can be sliced, diced, and filtered. Additional insights can be discovered using the AI tools, Natural Language Querying (NLQ), and the Chatbot. You can save the results into your own folders for further analysis or share them with your colleagues.
The presentation slides contain visual elements including:
- Charts
- Infographics
- Text
- Slicers
- Third-party information
- Images
- Data-driven dynamic elements
