System Info for Viewers

To open the System Info panel, click the User Details & Settings button (blue arrow below) from the Viewer home page.

Tip: To return to the Viewer home page, click the Home icon at the top-left of the page.

Accessing your System info

To open the User Defaults panel:

  1. From the Home Page, click User Settings at the top-right (blue arrow above).

    2. The System Info panel opens.

  2. Specify your defaults as described below.

System information

Logout

Click Logout to leave Pyramid and logout of your current session.

User details

  • User: The current user.
  • Email: The current user's email.
  • First Name: The current user's First Name.
  • Last Name: The current user's Last Name.
  • Phone: The current user's phone number.
  • Tenant: The tenant that the user is assigned to.
  • User Type: The type of user that you are in Pyramid. In this case, Viewer.

Avatar and Token

  • Avatar: Click Edit (orange arrow above) to import an avatar image from its file location and use it as a new profile picture. Note that your Avatar is shown at the top-right of the panel (blue arrow above).
  • Authentication Token: The authentication key to use when authenticating as the current user. Click Copy (green arrow) to copy this authentication key to the clipboard.

App Settings

  • Interface: Set the current application interface color; select from dark or light.
  • Application Language: Change the application language.

Footer Metadata

  • Version: the version that is currently being run.
  • Authentication: the authentication method that has been set by the admin.
