Present Interfaces

Present comes in two versions. Both versions allow users to create fully interactive Presentations. The two versions are similar in basic layout but have many differences.

Present Pro – a fully-featured application using sophisticated options and powerful wizards to create detailed presentations. For more information on Present Pro, see Present Pro. The Present Pro interface contains tools that are similar to other presentation applications. This means that users will be able to make a presentation without having to learn a new interface. Present Lite – a simplified toolset for less-technical users.

Present Lite allows users to make quick, on the fly presentations using Discover Lite or Smart Reporting. For more information on Present Lite, see Present Lite, . Both tools allow users to construct their own data visualizations and dashboards for presenting information.
