Interactivity in Publish Pro

Add actions and interactions to your publications that allow your builds to produce output documents with content (visuals, text, and so on) that is filtered and otherwise modified in response to slicer selections at build time.

Interactions

Manage the interactions that allow you to filter visuals or change dynamic text or images included in your publication at build time. These interactions are typically created automatically when you add your content items, but you can also create, delete, and manage interactions manually using the Interaction Manager.

Jump Actions

Actions in Publish Pro can be used to create "jumps" between different Mini-Tabs in your documentation at build time. This allows different tabs (and, therefore, different content) to be shown in a particular place in a page based on the selections from slicers associated with your build.

Cross-Model Mappings

If you want to create interactions between items (visuals, slicers, dynamic content, or custom formulations) from different models, you need to either ensure that the two models have the same structure, naming, and so on, or create a model mapping so Pyramid knows that field X in model A is the same as field Y in model B.

Show warnings

If you have interactions between visuals or slicers from different data models, and haven't configured cross-model mappings, the affected visuals may not be rendered. In this situation, you can use the Design options to decide whether to show or hide the warnings associated with the missing visuals in the final publication.
