Status Bar Controls
The Canvas Controls (red box) appear at the top of the canvas on the right-hand side:
The icons in the status bar provide the following functions:
- Zoom (+ slider -): Use the Zoom Slider to either get a more close-up view of your canvas or to see more on the canvas at a reduced size. Note: In Tabulate, the zoom slider only affects the content in the sheet and does not affect your associated visualizations. For more information, see Zoom in or out of a sheet
- Undo / Redo (left and right arrows): Use the left and right arrows to undo and redo your changes.
- Save (disk icon): Open the Save dialog and save the file.
- Subscribe (broadcast icon): Share the item with selected users on a scheduled basis, typically by posting the selected item to the bulletin board or by sending a regular email. For more information, see Configure Subscriptions.
- Print (printer icon): Open the Print/Export dialog and print or export the file.
- Help (question mark): Open the online Help.
- Close (X): Close the currently open file. If your file has unsaved changes, you will be prompted to save them.
