Layouts in Present Pro

The layout tools that are available in Present Pro help you optimize slide space by arranging assets in thoughtful ways. These tools help you make your presentation easy to read and understand. You can:

  • Set the layout of visuals and other assets within dedicated layout containers.
  • Organize the layout of assets on the slide.
  • Set layout options for visuals within the presentation.

Layout Containers

Present offers several layout tools that allow you to arrange multiple content items within a single container. These tools give you greater control and flexibility over the design of your dashboards, and help you to make greater use of the space on each slide.

Using these containers, you can arrange multiple visuals and other assets within a matrix grid, with each cell in the grid container displaying a different asset.

You can also display multiple visuals and other assets in a scrollable panel container, or in a tabbed layout with each tab displaying a different asset. You can configure conditional display for tabbed layout containers, so that a slicer selection will drive the tab display.

Visual Layout Options

Visual layout options offer various tools to set the layout for visuals within the presentation. This includes things like optimizing your presentation for different devices; setting the scaling behavior for visuals when the slide size is changed; adding text that auto-scales with its text box; customizing the visual panels (the container the visual is shown in), and more.
