The Content section is the central location for setting up and managing key elements for using content. Content itself is managed by administrators in the Content Manager - where they access content tools like all other users.

This section includes:

  • Content Settings: enable and configure multitenancy, social collaboration and conversations and snapshots.
  • Migration Destinations: setup and manage addresses of different Pyramid instances for content migration tools
  • Webhooks: setup and manage Webhook Channels so users can send messages to various 3rd party applications like Microsoft Teams and Slack.
  • Custom Workflows: setup and manage different workflow templates to complement the built-in Conversations workflow tools
