Bookmarks in Discover Lite
You can create bookmarks to "remember" your favorite or your frequently-used slicer selections. Selecting a bookmark from the drop-down resets your slicer selections to the saved values, saving you the time that you may have spent manually changing each of your slicers.
You can save multiple bookmarks, each of which saves different combinations of slicer selections that satisfy different requirements. Note that each bookmark saves the selections from every slicer, including whether the slicers are in the disabled or enabled state. By default, the bookmark is saved with a name that reflects the names of the selected values.
Note: Bookmarks are not shareable and will only be seen by you. Other users or viewers of your discovery will not see your bookmarks, and you won't see theirs.

You can manage your bookmarks on the overhead ribbon or from the context menu that opens when you right-click the background of your discovery.

Creating Bookmarks
Save the current selections in your discovery's slicers as "bookmarked selections" from the ribbon or the right-click context menu.
Step 1: Select your settings
For each of the slicers on the canvas whose value you want to "bookmark," do one of the following:
- Select the value from the slicer that you want to save to your bookmark (blue arrow above).
- If you want the slicer to be disabled when the bookmark is applied, clear the filter checkbox (purple arrow). Note: When you disable a slicer, the discovery is no longer filtered by that slicer.
Step 2: Create your bookmark
Once you are happy with your slicer selections, you can "bookmark" them, adding a new bookmark to the Bookmark drop-down list for future selection. You can do this either from the ribbon or the context menu:
- From the ribbon, click Bookmarks > Add Bookmark.
- Right-click anywhere on the canvas and select Extended Operations > Bookmarks > Add Bookmark from the context menu.
By default, the bookmark is saved with a name that reflects some of your selected values.
Tip: You can rename your bookmark at any time by selecting the Edit option on the ribbon's Bookmarks menu. For more information, see Editing bookmarks.
Applying Bookmark Slicer Selections

- From the ribbon, click Bookmarks > <Bookmark Name>.
