Users can translate the formula name to be used for metadata and queries. This allows users to take advantage of the multi-lingual feature in Discover, so translations will not only be enabled for hierarchies and measures, but also for Formulas, KPIs, Lists, and Columns.
Note: A multi-lingual model must be selected for the formula.
Translate Source
From the Formulate ribbon, click Translate Source to configure the translation.
Configure Translations
Users can enter translations for the formula name (in this example - Sales Markup), and description, into the languages selected in the translations panel for the underlying model. These translations will subsequently be used in all content items (reports, dashboards, publications etc.) where the formula is used.
Note: The formula must be saved first in order to be translated.
