Layout Management in Publish Pro
The layout tools that are available in Publish Pro help you optimize the use of space on your pages by arranging assets in thoughtful ways.
You can:
- Position visuals and other assets inside dedicated layout containers.
- Use tools (including Auto Layout) to organize the layout of assets on the page.
- Set layout options for visuals within the publication.
Note: The layout functionalities help you to professionalize output where the published document follows the layout of your Publish Pro document (PDF, PPT, Word, or HTML). You may also want to manage your layout for other output types, to ensure easy document maintenance and to make use of conditionality in your output (Mini-Tabs).
Layout Containers
Publish Pro offers several "containers" that give you control and flexibility over the design of your publications. These containers (Mini-Tabs and Matrix Tables), help you to make greater use of the space on each page, or allow you to show different content items in different builds.
