Viewers accessing the platform are presented with a streamlined consumer-centric client interface, within which they can access discoveries and presentations, and interact with them dynamically. Viewers can also download publications, participate in conversations, and build alerts.

Viewer Client Help
The viewer client help covers:
- Viewer Overview: Learn the basics of the Viewer client and how to navigate it.

Users with the Viewer license have access to a lite version of Pyramid within a streamlined interface. This interface provides the ability to access and interact with discoveries and presentations, and allows them to download publications.
In the top-right corner, click Search to search for specific content items by name. From the help menu, you can go to the online help, the online forum, submit an idea, or open a support ticket.
