Pyramid sends different types of emails to help you stay informed and take action when artifacts are shared between users. Understanding these emails ensures you know what to do and where to go next.
Emails you may receive
Onboarding Invitation
This type of email invites you to become a Pyramid user and access a file that another user, probably your colleague, has shared.

Shared Artifact
This type of email provides direct access to an artifact someone has shared with you. This email typically indicates who has shared the artifact with you, links to the artifact, and includes a filepath for that artifact in Content Manager.

Admin Workflow Notification
This type of email is sent twice daily to admins and lists newly shared artifacts that requires approval. Admins can either approve or deny the share in the Share Manager, where they can also decide whether to grant access by "direct link" or by assigning appropriate roles.
