OEM License Type

The special OEM license type is usually deployed to OEM customers who host a Pyramid instance as p[art of their own business -which is subsequently exposed to their own customers. In this scenario, the OEM customer typically uses a white labeled version of the system (a separate, mutually exclusive option).

The OEM  functionality includes:

  • Messaging:Inbox messages from Pyramid are NOT presented to end-users. Typically, messages are only presented to admins.

  • Version Availability: When a new version of Pyramid is released, only administrators are notified about the new release and any associated activities.

User Types

Pyramid offers the following user licensing levels:

  • Professional: The full set of platform capabilities for authoring and consuming content.
  • Analyst: Lighter versions of the main apps for authoring and consuming content.
  • Viewer: Access for those consuming and interacting with predefined content.
  • Basic: Access for those consuming and interacting with predefined embedded content.
